What it does
HomeAlmanac handles the two halves of owning a home: the upkeep you need to stay ahead of, and the paperwork you need to keep. Here is how it helps.
Seasonal and recurring tasks build themselves around your home. Furnace filter every three months, gutters in the fall, detector batteries each spring. You get a nudge before a task is due, not a pile of chores after.
One number tells you how caught up you are. Tap it to see what is overdue, what is coming, and what to do first.
Manuals, warranties, receipts, and inspection reports live in one vault. Full-text search finds the line you need, even inside a scanned PDF.
Point your camera at an appliance label. HomeAlmanac reads the model and serial number and files them for you.
