Your license to use HomeAlmanac
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use HomeAlmanac on devices you own or control, for managing your own household records. The app and its content remain the property of HomeAlmanac and its licensors.
Your data and your responsibility
Your records are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device backed up. While the app is built to be reliable, you should keep backups of anything you cannot afford to lose, which the export tools make easy.
Subscriptions and payments
Premium features are available through paid plans sold by Apple on the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Prices may vary by region and may change with notice.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the app: do not attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it to break the law. Use that violates these terms may end your license to use the app.

Recall and safety information in HomeAlmanac is provided for convenience and is drawn from public sources. It may not be complete or current. Always check official sources and manufacturer notices for definitive recall and safety guidance.
No professional advice
HomeAlmanac helps you organize maintenance and records. It does not provide professional, legal, financial, or safety advice. Use your own judgment and qualified professionals for important decisions about your home.
Warranty disclaimer
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HomeAlmanac is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any loss of data.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
